1 cup sabudana, 3 boiled potatoes, 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds, 1 green chilli, 4 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, sendha namak to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 cup warm water

Dry roast the sabudana pearls and let them cool down.

Blend them into a fine powder and transfer into a bowl.

Add the boiled and mashed potatoes to it. Mix well.

Add salt, pepper, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and green chilli. Use warm water to knead a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll out parathas.

Heat a tawa and cook parathas using enough ghee.

Serve hot with green chutney and curd. Enjoy!
