MUMBAI: The state fisheries department has issued warnings to the fishing community not to go fishing in the offshore defence areas. Coordinates have been issued for the no fishing zones.Shoot to kill orders have been issued in the offshore defence areas, the community has been warned.Directives have been issued not to go fishing near oil rigs and not to seek shelter around oil rigs in case of storms.
