Maniesh Paul and Bharti Singh's bond goes a long way; they have been co-stars and buddies since their Comedy Circus days. They have even hosted shows together. In the recent podcast with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Maniesh Paul made an emotional revelation recalling his daughter's birth, struggling days and more.
My daughter is now 5ft 8 inches, she is 14 years old now, and my son is 8. Yuvaan and Saisha, dono bacche Bharti ke saamne paida hue hai. Bharti added, "During Saisha's time, his wife was unconscious and Maniesh was performing as a tortoise. She was born in the midnight night, and the next day there was Comedy Circus' shoot."
Maniesh got extremely emotional and broke down in tears, remembering how he was trying to juggle. Bharti said, "Uske baad ruka nahi kabhi time, woh bacchi ne roka nahi. I am sure our kids will be proud of us." Maniesh added, "I still remember I was sitting in the hospital and I was reading the script while she was inside." Bharti then said, "Today we are parents, I feel that now, uss waqt zaroorat bhi thi paise ki, biwi se bhi guilt ki isss time pe uske saath hona chahiye."
Maniesh shared, "I had to leave all those moments. I had to buy a new home, there were EMIs and all. I think god has been really kind. Woh himmat nahi tooti, I was doing the script from the hospital, and the next day I was performing as tortoise. Bharti was also like, 'bechara naya naya baap bana hai. Those were the best days; we have even experienced struggle together.'
Bharti recalls how they struggled while buying their first home: "I still remember how we bought that house. We had actually borrowed money from others and bought it. We would always discuss our hearts out that EMIs we had to pay and how we were figuring out paying our rents." Maniesh added, "All these years, anything that happens in my life, I call Bharti and vent it out in front of her. She has always been there for me."
Bharti also revealed how they would borrow money from each other. She said, "Maine aur Maniesh saathmein acchhhe aur bure din dekhe hai. We would borrow money from each other to survive the cash crunch and always be there for each other. I had a crush on him when I saw him in his first show, but when I entered the Industry, he became my brother."
Haarsh said, 'Our son is still growing up, while yours are grown ups now. Will our Golla also understand like your kids." Bharti says, 'Abhi aisa lag raha hai hum Golla ko nahi, woh humein paal raha hai.' Maniesh replied, ' I feel we need to understand our kids, not make them do what we want. But we need to see where he wants to be. And Golla is incredible, this journey of seeing him grow up is going to be very memorable.'
