Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor begin work on romantic comedy 'Abir Gulaal' in London

Pakistan heartthrob Fawad Khan and Bollywood actress Vaani Kapoor have officially begun work on their romantic comedy 'Abir Gulaal'!
The makers on Monday, dropped an official first look of the two actors from the film as it went into production in London.
The film, which marks Fawad and Vaani's first on-screen team-up, is set against the backdrop of London and promises to be a heartwarming cinematic journey.The first look that was posted online sees the two locked in each other's embrace as they lay on the grass.

Director Aarti S Bagdi offered a glimpse into the storyline, revealing to Variety, “The film explores the journey of two individuals who unintentionally help each other heal, with love blossoming as an unexpected consequence.”
Meanwhile, the film's producers told the portal, "Fawad has a massive global fan base, and we anticipate that audiences and his fans will wholeheartedly embrace this film, as it showcases him in his most endearing role yet. The chemistry between Fawad and Vaani is expected to light up the screen with their captivating performances and undeniable charm."

Filming will continue in the UK throughout October and November. Just days before the team could commence the shoot, fans spotted Vaani arriving in the UK for the shoot. According to the statement released by the team, the film is poised to be a grand international production, with six original songs performed by some of the industry’s finest vocal talents.
'Abir Gulaal' makers have yet to announce a release date.
